Spring 20X7
Frat Main Event s.k.a. Puma Bonafide
Porsha C. was born March 7, in Greenville, North Carolina. She has two brothers and two sisters, as the middle child she has always been a dreamer, independent, free spirit and loved speaking/performing in front of her family and others. Porsha has a large family with a military background, so it was only natural for her to join the military and pursue her dream of being a Drill Sergeant. While in the military she was quickly promoted and assigned as the Commander Driver for her Battalion. Due to injuries this dream was cut short, but did not injure her spirit. Porsha attended WTI Technical Institute and in 2004 completed her degree in Electronics and Computer Repair. With her interest also geared at helping women, in 2006 she began working at Topeka Correctional Facility (Women’s Prison) in Topeka, Ks. She quickly moved up the ranks and was promoted to S.O.R.T. (Special Operations Response Team). While working at TCF Porsha was able to reach, encourage and motivate the women there and instill in them, no matter your circumstances to always try and excel. Porsha also volunteered at the Topeka Homeless Shelter for women and children. Porsha now resides in Dallas, TX, and is working on her Degree in Business Management and with a continued interest in helping youth. Porsha has found her home and sisterhood with Sigma Xi Theta Fraternity, Inc and there has been an additional spark to become a Voice in the life she has been silenced in for so long. Porsha is currently working on her first book with the desire to help far more many souls and spirits than she has already reached.
