Join us October 26 – 29, 2023 as we dock in Washington D.C. for SigXi’s Fraternity Retreat.
The Woodley Residences by LuxUrban
The Woodley Residences by LuxUrban is located in the Northwest district of Washington, D.C., 1.4 miles from Phillips Collection and 2.5 miles from White House.
Some units also have a kitchen equipped with a fridge, a microwave, and a stovetop.
Vietnam Veterans Memorial is 3 miles from the condo hotel, while National World War II Memorial is 3 miles away. The nearest airport is Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, 8.7 miles from The Woodley Residences by LuxUrban.
SigXi Retreat Registration Form
Registration opens: March 20th – May 12th
Late Registration begins: May 15th – June 26th
Active Puma Fee: $400.00 – Late Registration: $50
In-Active Puma Fee: $500.00 – Late Registration: $50
Final Payment Due July 31st
Once you register for the event an invoice will be sent to your fraternity email with your total cost. All funds must be paid in full by July 31st.
Please see cost associated with attending the Fraternity retreat. All members in attendance will receive a SigXi Swag Bag full of customized SigXi items, 2023 fraternity retreat t-shirt, assigned accommodations and meal (as designated). Once you have registered for the event please note that this event is non-refundable and you are agreeing to the total amount invoiced based on your current membership status. If you move from active status to inactive status during the planning months your invoice will be adjusted to reflect your changed membership status and your participation fee will be adjusted.
