Sigma Xi Theta Fraternity consists of many parts comprising the whole. It is a federal system, providing guidance from the Board of Directors, known as the National Pride. There are two primary entities that function to form the National Fraternity: the National Pride, and a council of Regional Territory Directors.

The affairs of the Fraternity are administered by the National Pride operating under the provisions of Sigma Xi Theta Fraternity constitution & bylaws. The National Pride is comprised of members for each vital component of the Fraternity.

The legislation of the Fraternity is voted into action biennially by the members of the organization during the National Conclave. Between these meetings, the National Pride oversees the operation of the Fraternity.
