Frat Cypher S.K.A. Puma Imperial
Arie W. was born on January 10th in Chicago, Illinois. She earned an Associates in Arts degree of Communications, TV and New Media. Frat Cypher is a pop culture connoisseur (ask her anything), she enjoys mentoring the youth and traveling the world. Sneaker shopping, Harry Potter and Martin keeps her busy in her spare time. Still a proud native of Chicago, she currently works as a full time music artist. Her goal is to make the world smile and enjoy life. Besides being passionate about music, she runs her own media company servicing in graphic design, videography and branding needs.
Frat Cypher is very hard on herself and holds herself to a certain standard. She is a dedicated member of her family. Before becoming a proud member of Sigma Xi Theta, she struggled balancing family and career. Her journey to the SigXi Pride forced her out of her comfort zone where she learned how to balance family, career and now membership. The road may have been long but Frat Cypher was determined to become a leader and make her ship proud. SigXi is everything she dreamed of and she can’t wait to serve the LGBT community with Puma Pride.

Frat Status Quo s.k.a. Puma Silent Meraki
Asia R. was born September 22, in St. Louis, Missouri. She will be obtaining her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Art. Frat Status Quo will be obtaining her Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She works at Sherwin Williams as an assistant manager. In her spare time, Frat Status Quo loves to play video games, spend time with her family, swim, read urban books, and throw darts. Her goals are to own a 2022 Chevy Camaro SS, build herself a home, and follow her dream as an entrepreneur.

Frat Kismet s.k.a. Puma Chaos
Kim B. born January 17th, northwest Louisiana native. Kim currently works for the United States Postal Services and is very proud of her current career. She loves to travel and experience different cultures and their vibes. She has a love for classic cars and her newest passion, is Serenity. Serenity is my gift to my LGBT+ youth community. Helping with team building, after school tutoring, assisting in their life’s passion, and to become a listen ear to their needs and wants. Thanks to the encouragement of SigXi.

Frat Touche’ s.k.a. Puma Synchronicity
Tomasina W. was born on August 7 in the small town of Simmesport, La. She has an associate degree in Healthcare Administration. Currently, Frat Touche’ works as a LVN Intake Coordinator for a home health company in Dallas while pursing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with plans to go on to obtain her Master of Nursing to become an Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her wife of three years, gaming, and watching Marvel movies. Through Sigma Xi Theta, she hopes to become an active member of her community and provide hope and a path for those seeking guidance.
Her favorite quote is “Failure cannot cope with persistence.” By Napoleon Hill. With that she adds her own thought “you have to be mindful, be intentional, and push forward. A failure today can be a success tomorrow.”
Frat Nautilus s.k.a. Puma Magnetic
Latrina L. was born December 26, in Washington, D.C. She has earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Southern Illinois University. She is currently serving in the United States Navy as a Senior Chief Electricians mate with the primary responsibility of upholding traditions, supervising, and training to encourage evolution and success. As she transitions into retirement, entrepreneurship in the transportation field has been her focus. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, reading, mentoring the youth, playing sports and volunteering within the community. Frat Nautilus knew that her core values align with Sigma Xi Theta as she aspires to inspire individuals both within and outside of the organization to be the best version of themselves. Working with you the LGBT youth has always been an inspiration for me, Sigma Xi Theta has provided me with vision on how to accomplish this. With personal growth and the forever bond we share, I am humbled to be a part of the historical value of a long line of professionals within a prestigious organization such as Sigma Xi Theta Fraternity.
